As part of disaster relief and, in particular, disaster prevention and development cooperation, we support our partner organizations in the development and implementation of sustainable construction projects, taking into account (minimum) construction standards.

We are energy efficiency experts and support the energy-efficient design of construction projects – from conception and energy efficiency calculations to implementation and the necessary certificates.

• Energy efficiency planning of residential and non-residential buildings (new build & existing buildings): Energy balancing according to DIN18599, preparation of GEG certificate and energy performance certificate
• Preparation of individual renovation roadmaps (iSFP)
• Energy consulting and preparation of the necessary technical certificates for KfW efficiency houses (new and existing residential buildings) and for subsidized individual measures in residential construction

We develop and implement training courses, workshops and seminars under the premise of helping people to help themselves.
