To this end, humantektur works with people worldwide in all areas of life: housing, social and health care, education and work. In collaboration with the people concerned, humantektur develops context-related solutions for a socially, ecologically, economically, culturally and sustainably built environment, or supports them in their development. The aim is to improve people’s living conditions and at the same time protect the resources and diversity of the environment. We do this worldwide: in Germany and especially in countries of the Global South.

humantektur exists since 2015. Initially founded as a planning office, we now operate in the form of two different companies:

humantektur gGmbH manages all non-profit architecture projects in the context of development cooperation and disaster relief. As we are recognised as a non-profit organisation, we also raise donations and public funding for this purpose. humantektur gGmbH works mainly with German and international non-governmental organisations and governmental organisations, provided they also pursue charitable purposes.

Architectural projects and energy efficiency consulting in Germany are managed by humantektur – Grausam & Buttler Architekten PartGmbB. In the construction projects planned by humantektur PartGmbB, particular emphasis is placed on sustainable construction methods. For example, the renewable building material wood is used for the most part in new construction projects in Germany. We are also registered energy efficiency experts and plan and advise on GEG and BEG standards. We attach particular importance to bioclimatic architecture in combination with the sensible use of energy-efficient plant technology.[/vc_column_text][lab_button title=”Read more” type=”standard” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fhumantektur.de%2Fen%2Fabout-us%2F|title:About%20us”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text css=””]

NEWS

[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1256″ img_size=”medium” onclick=”custom_link” img_link_target=”_blank” css=”” link=”https://humantektur.de/en/wia-festival-2025/”][vc_single_image image=”747″ img_size=”medium” onclick=”custom_link” img_link_target=”_blank” css=”” link=”https://humantektur.de/de/portfolio/handbuch-mindeststandards/”][vc_column_text css=””]

Building Consultation

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_section full_width=”stretch_row_content”][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row_content_no_spaces”][vc_column][layerslider_vc id=”35″][/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator color=”black” style=”dotted” css=””][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text css=””] humantektur – one mission, two hearts Humantektur refers to people (human) and their work (tektur).
